Temco Services, the leading international services company, announced that it has secured three notable cleaning contracts in the London market in May.
At AOL’s prestigious 40,000 sq ft offices just off Tottenham Court Road, which have recently undergone refurbishment, Temco won through after multiple competitive bids were rigorously scrutinised.
"It is becoming clear that blue chip organisations like AOL are increasingly attracted to Temco’s business model, with its emphasis on high quality performance and corporate responsibility." says Andrew Philpot, Temco’s Managing Director, he added, "This signals that the value proposition offered by Temco is what clients like AOL will be looking for in this value driven market".
This win is supported by two further key accounts.
At Bovis Lend Lease Temco have taken over the cleaning of their impressive 65,000 sq ft head office in Harrow. "Improved productivity is a key requirement at major accounts, especially in the current economic climate" commented Mr. Philpot and added that "Temco’s offering with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) clearly helps achieve significant savings through higher productivity".
With a contract win at a major blue-chip IT company’s 125,000 sq ft premises in Brentford Temco is once more making inroads into the technology sector, working with FMS Facilities Management Services, a facilities management company who have overall responsibility for all the site’s services as the outsourced FM provider. This has involved the transfer of FMS’s in house cleaners to Temco.
"This is another significant contract in the capital and our fourth with FMS," explains Charlie Sorbie, Business Development Manager at Temco, "it has strengthened our presence in London and reiterates the attractive proposition offered to clients looking to break free from the past in cleaning services.
